ZEP 1 Gal. Stain-Resistant Floor Sealer

Zep Stain-Resistant Floor Sealer is an important step in the Zep 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. The floor sealant is used before applying floor polish to enhance the gloss, polish longevity and stain resistance. Zep floor sealer suits unfinished vinyl, rubber, terrazzo, and unfinished concrete surfaces. Clear coating resists stains from everyday spills like food, drink and tracked dirt. This product is not a stand-alone sealer.

• For use on interior floors including vinyl composition, rubber, asphalt tile, terrazzo, unfinished concrete and no-wax vinyl
• Not for use on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, glazed ceramic tile or luxury vinyl tile
• Clear coating enhances gloss and longevity of top coats
• Formula resists stains, abrasions and spills
• No dilution required
• Dries in 30-minutes (do not use fans)
• Apply 1-2 layers with a flat mop or rayon string mop
