Solid Copper Polenta Pan by Old Dutch. Skilled craftsmen combine the elements of solid copper, solid brass and wood to produce this elegant item to enhance your kitchen and your cooking. This traditional polenta pan is made of unlined copper. While appropriate for preparing polenta, it may not be suitable for cooking other types of foods, especially acidic foods such as tomato sauces, etc. Protective coating (applied to prevent tarnishing) must be removed prior to food use.
